HR Advisor 3 to 6 month contract Pro Rata £35k to £40k -38 hours to 40 hours per week (flexible) Based in Coleshill Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and resilient HR professional to provide onsite support during a period of organisational change. This role will play a key part in supporting employees through a site relocation project, ensuring clear communication, employee engagement, and effective management of employee concerns. The successful candidate will work closely with management teams to conduct individual consultation meetings, support recruitment activities for new roles, and help maintain positive employee relations throughout the transition.
