Description
This busy ER Advisor role is initially for a 12 month contract, and you will:
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Support managers in handling complex employee issues efficiently.
Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage casework related to absence, performance, and conduct.
Deliver training sessions on employee relations and HR best practices.
