Provide a professional HR service to managers, employees, schools and support senior HR staff to implement local HR delivery plans and translate business needs into people solutions. In this job you will Support all aspects of the delivery of the Workforce Strategy to ensure effective recruitment, resourcing and retention throughout Schools and the Council.
