Pension Fund Payroll Lead Spencer Clarke Group are working with a Local Authority in the South West to recruit a Pension Fund Payroll Lead. This is a senior payroll leadership role, responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of pension payroll services. The successful candidate will lead a small specialist payroll team, oversee high-volume pension payroll cycles, maintain robust payroll controls, support audit activity, and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and procedures.
