This HR / ER advisor role is a fixed term contract up until March 2027. As an Employment Relations specialist, you will provide expert, end‑to‑end ER advice to managers across the business. You'll manage a high volume of complex and fast‑moving ER cases (15+ at any one time), including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and employee conduct matters.
