Role Overview Leads the people and organisational change aspects of the Procurement and Contract Management transformation programme, ensuring that organisational design, workforce transition, employee engagement, capability development and change adoption are successfully delivered. The role will work closely with HR, trade unions, managers and programme stakeholders to design and implement a sustainable workforce model which supports the transition to the new hybrid hub-and-spoke operating model and embeds new ways of working across the Council. The postholder will provide specialist leadership on organisational change, consultation, workforce impact assessment, recruitment, mobilisation, learning and development and organisational readiness to ensure successful implementation of the target operating model.
