Previous roles as Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR or People Lead within logistics or manufacturing
Highly confident operating in complex employee relations environments
Demonstrable experience leading high-volume restructuring and operating model change
Proven track record of delivering large-scale consultation programmes
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
