Role Overview
The HR Business Partner delivers a full range of HR services aligned to organisational strategy, partnering with leaders to drive performance, support change, and strengthen workplace culture. They act as the link between HR and the business, ensuring people initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to anticipate people needs and provide proactive HR support.
Advise managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practice.
Lead core HR cycles including performance reviews, salary reviews, and team reviews.
Promote organisational values and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.
