We're recruiting for a North West based education provider is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.    This is an exciting role within a great organisation who pride themselves on their culture and the way they look after their staff. This is a hybrid role- salary to £35,000, over a 12 month fixed term contract  Key duties for this role include, but are not limited to-  Management of end-to-end ER casework Supporting line managers throughout relevant processes Performance Management, AWOL, disciplinaries and grievances oversight Support as required with restructuring, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE Accurate HR record keeping The ideal candidate for this role: CIPD Qualified or working towards has three years complex ER case management experience can work autonomously  is an excellent communicator can multi-task with a great eye for detail For more information, please contact Adam at Find for more info
