We currently have a temporary opportunity for an HR Data Cleanse Coordinator who is experienced in HR administration, records management, and data cleansing, with a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate and compliant employee records. In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR team during a period of HR system and SharePoint restructuring. You will play a key role in ensuring HR records, employee files, and digital structures are accurate, organised, compliant, and aligned with a new OpenText architecture. Working closely with both HR and Infrastructure teams, you will support a large-scale data cleansing project, helping to remove duplicate data, delete legacy files, assist with employee file migrations, and reorganise HR digital filing structures to improve efficiency and governance.
