We are working with a client in Alderley Edge that is looking for an HR Business Partner for a 12 month period to work with the Head of HR in providing reliable day to day support to leaders and employees across the organisation. You will focus on employee relations, workforce planning, organisational development activities and working closely with managers to build capability, ensuring fair and consistent HR practices. Key areas and accountabilities are: Employee relations and case management Manager coaching and support HR Process Delivery and Improvement Workforce planning Policy, Compliance and Governance Organisational Development You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working in a complex, fast-paced environment.
