HR Advisor (Schools) – Grade F Location: Nottingham – Hybrid Pay: £185.20 per day PAYE / £250 per day Umbrella Hours: 37 hours per week 3-4 months initially We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide responsive HR and employee relations advice to schools across Nottingham. Key Responsibilities * Provide advice across the full range of ER matters including conduct, capability, sickness, grievance and flexible working. * Provide guidance via phone, email and Teams. * Apply employment law, ACAS principles and relevant HR policies. * Establish facts, ask effective questions and identify potential issues. * Provide practical, proactive advice to help schools manage people matters effectively. * Know when to research, escalate or seek guidance from senior HR colleagues.
