We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team for an initial six-month contract with the potential for longer term. This is an opportunity for a proactive HR professional to play a key role in supporting the organisation with complex employee relations casework and the management of attendance and absence processes. You will focus on managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters & leading on attendance management processes, and supporting managers with complex absence cases across a large, multi-site organisation which is growing in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
