NXTGEN are supporting a large, complex organisation through a significant period of change and are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to join the programme team. The Finance Transformation Manager will play a key role in coordinating change activity across the finance function, ensuring new processes, systems and ways of working are successfully embedded. The Finance Transformation Manager will act as the link between Finance, IT and operational stakeholders, helping deliver system-enabled improvements and ensuring finance processes are fit for purpose within a modernised operating environment.
