Spectrum IT are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to support the redesign and modernisation of a business-critical B2B customer portal for a well-established UK organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme. This will be an onsite working role in Poole, Dorset, and has been deemed OUTSIDE IR35. The successful contractor will work closely with senior stakeholders, product and technology teams to define user journeys, facilitate workshops, and produce high-quality designs that will guide the development of a new customer-facing platform.
