Embedded SW Engineer - Cardiff One of our clients are gearing up for a major R&D project and are looking at a 3/6 month contract for an Embedded SW Specialist. We are looking to identify high-calibre Embedded Software/Firmware Contractors to support the development of custom hardware. Key Technical Requirements: * Embedded C/C++: Expert-level development for custom hardware platforms. * Hardware Bring-up: Experience working closely with R&D teams on new PCB designs. * Microcontrollers: Experience with STM32, NXP, or i.MX architectures (highly desirable). * Communication Protocols: CAN-bus, Modbus, or Ethernet-based industrial protocols. * Local Presence: Must be able to commute to Cardiff for hands-on hardware testing.
