We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion across all RIBA Plan of Work stages (0–7). Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple refurbishment and improvement projects (typically £5k–£500k). * Develop project briefs and liaise with client departments and stakeholders. * Coordinate consultants, designers and contractors. * Prepare and review drawings, specifications and technical documentation. * Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Planning requirements and CDM Regulations. * Support procurement, tendering and contractor selection. * Monitor site progress, quality, programme and budget. * Chair project meetings and manage project risks, changes and reporting. * Oversee project handover, defects management and post-completion activities.
