We are seeking a Tech Bar Engineer (Contract) to deliver high-quality 2nd line technical support, providing both face-to-face and remote assistance within secure, cloud-based environments where reliability and performance are critical.
You will act as an escalation point for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved at 1st line, taking ownership through to resolution and ensuring service levels are met. This is a customer-facing role that suits someone confident working directly with users while maintaining strong technical and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver 2nd line support via the Tech Bar, both onsite and remotely
• Diagnose and resolve escalated issues across macOS, Windows, iOS and Android
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Configure and support end-user hardware such as laptops, mobile devices and printers
