Your new company The client is a global law firm. Your new role The client is looking for a 2nd Line Support contractor to come onboard to help with BAU tasks. You will be working as part of a shift pattern which is staggered to cover 8am-6pm. What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience working in a busy environment, delivering white glove service and dealing with VIP customers Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, macOS/iOS, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange Online Previous experience within a legal/law firm is preferred, alternatively professional services experience is needed What you'll get in return An exciting opportunity to join an international organisation in financial services.
