We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Change Manager to lead change management activities for a multi-year Practice Management System (PMS) replacement programme across the EMEAPAC region. Working within a existing Change & Communications Team. This strategic initiative involves transitioning from SAP ECC to a cloud-hosted Aderant platform, impacting legal, finance, and operational teams across multiple jurisdictions.
