We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Board and Governance Officer to join our Governance team at Torus Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Boards and Committees, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of governance processes across the organisation. Working closely with the Group Head of Governance, you will be central to the coordination of Board and Committee activity, helping to maintain high standards of compliance, transparency and good governance. This role requires flexibility, as you will attend meetings that may occasionally take place outside standard working hours.   This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing flexibility between home and office-based working.
