Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Leeds
Salary: Up to £26,000
Reports to: HR Manager
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office following successful completion of probation
Overview
We are pleased to be supporting our client in the search for an HR Administrator to join their Leeds-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the HR function, with particular responsibility for managing pre-employment screening and providing efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all pre-employment screening and compliance checks for new starters
Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system
Produce offer letters, employment contracts, and contractual change documentation
Support onboarding and induction administration
Assist with recruitment coordination where required
Respond to general HR queries in a professional and timely manner
