In this vital temporary role, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with housing laws while advocating for tenant rights under the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 and the upcoming Renters Rights Act 2025. Due to the investigative and enforcement responsibilities this role may suit someone with Private Sector Housing or Fraud experience also. This is a full time role (36 hours each week, Monday to Friday) and based in our clients' office in Haywards Heath (Mid Sussex) for 2 days each week.
