Hiring Now: Band 8B Solicitor – NHS Legal Team (Remote/Hybrid) – £43.00 per hour We are urgently seeking an experienced Band 8B Solicitor to support an NHS Trust Legal Team on a contract basis. 📍 Location: Salisbury area (Remote/Hybrid) 💷 Pay Rate: £43.00 per hour 📅 Duration: January – March 2026 (with potential extension) 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Role Overview * You will provide expert in-house legal support across key areas including: * Clinical negligence (defendant) * Inquests & Coroner’s Court preparation * Healthcare law (consent, capacity, Mental Health Act, data protection) * NHSR claims handling * Disclosure requests & regulatory matters * Supporting senior stakeholders and clinicians Requirements * Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) * Strong NHS, healthcare, clinical negligence, or inquest experience * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal team * Available to start January 2026

Adult Social Care Lawyer Full Time £50 - 60 per hour Remote Working A qualified Adult Social Care Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in the South East for a period of 6 months with the view to extension thereafter on a full-time working basis. The successful Adult social care locum will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive and will ideally have previous experience of working in the public sector however, private practice candidates will be considered. You will be able to work on a remote/hybrid working basis for the duration of the assignment and will be working with a supportive and friendly team with shared paralegal support across the social care legal teams.
