As a a compliance surveyor you will be: • Working as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance across the domestic properties • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring all properties are 100% compliance in line with statutory and regulatory requirements • Identifying and raising works for the planned, reactive and compliance works and booking in the remedial works • Liaising with external contractors to ensure the budgets and contract requirements are met Experience and qualifications: • Experience as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance • Social housing or local authority experience • Good communication and customer experience • £30- £35phr • Hybrid working • Mileage covered We are keen to see CVs from...
