We're recruiting for an Estates Officer to join a busy housing team based in Newark-on-Trent, helping maintain safe, clean and well-managed neighbourhoods while providing a visible presence within local communities. Responsibilities of the Estates Officer: Carry out regular estate and neighbourhood inspections Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, identifying and reporting issues Engage with residents and promote positive estate standards Support tenancy compliance through advice, guidance and community engagement Complete minor DIY and practical maintenance tasks Litter pick and report fly-tipping or environmental concerns Check communal buildings and vacant properties Report repairs, anti-social behaviour and other neighbourhood issues Maintain accurate records and escalate concerns to the relevant teamsWhat we're looking for: Customer-facing or public service experience Background in housing, estates, caretaking, facilities, community safety or similar roles desirable Strong...
