Housing Compliance Administrator - FLAGEL Experience Essential I am recruiting for an experienced Housing Compliance Administrator to join a busy asset compliance team within a social housing organisation. This is not a general administration position. Applicants must have previous experience working within a social housing compliance function and practical knowledge of the FLAGEL compliance areas. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. The Role You will provide specialist administrative support across statutory housing compliance, ensuring property safety records, works orders, appointments, certificates and compliance trackers are accurate, complete and kept up to date. You will work closely with compliance officers, contractors and internal property teams to monitor outstanding actions, chase overdue works and identify gaps that could place the organisation at risk of non-compliance.
