Test Manager Warton based role (Hybrid working) £53.24 per hour Umbrella Inside IR35 6 Month Contract initially. This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading Defence organisations based in Warton. Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office. Typical duties include (but are not limited to): Strategic Test Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for the entire value stream, aligning with business objectives, security requirements, and quality standards. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development Leads, Security Engineers, and other stakeholders across multiple product teams to embed quality and testing throughout the development lifecycle.
