We are seeking an experienced an Interim Procurement Manager to support a large, complex public-sector organisation on a 12‑month interim basis. This role has a strong commercial and savings focus, alongside responsibility for delivering a portfolio of medium‑complexity procurement projects, primarily within ICT and cross‑category spend.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead delivery of savings, commercial optimisation and value for money across the procurement pipeline, working closely with Finance to track, validate and report benefits.
Identify and realise savings through supplier negotiations, contract optimisation, licence and usage reviews, and other commercial levers.
