Interim SHE Manager – 12 Month contract (INSIDE IR35) Location: Dalston, Cumbria Start: July/ASAP Day rate: £400 per day (PAYE via Umbrella Inside IR35) We are looking for an experienced Interim SHE Manager to join a well-established manufacturing site to cover for a maternity leave. The site has a strong focus on maintaining and improving safety performance, compliance and site leadership. There is also ongoing development of the SHE function and continued investment in site capability. The site is a key manufacturing operation within a high-investment production environment. You will lead SHE across manufacturing, production, warehousing and logistics, working closely with the Factory Manager and wider leadership team. A key focus will be supporting the continued development of the site’s SHE culture.
