MMP Consultancy is seeking a Planned Works Manager/Project Manager to be based in Northampton to lead and deliver a programme of planned works across occupied social housing. This is an interim role paying between £350 - £400pd as an umbrella rate inside of IR35 on a 6-month contract, subject to extension. The role is fully office‑based in Northampton. The successful candidate will manage a small team (4-6 staff) overseeing works such as roof replacements, kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors. Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and support a small delivery team responsible for planned works projects. Oversee and coordinate programmes of roofing, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, window and door replacements, and related elemental works. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
