The Kitchen Manager has sole responsibility for managing and providing school dinners. The main purpose of the role is to manage the production of safe food in a hygienic environment and provide customer satisfaction at all times within all aspects of the service. The Kitchen Manager manages the catering budget for the school. This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
