This is a hands-on project role, with the primary focus on advancing the organisation’s EU Pay Transparency Directive programme, alongside a small number of additional global reward initiatives already in progress. The role requires an experienced reward professional who can quickly assess programme status, coordinate activity across markets, and drive delivery in a complex international environment.
