We are looking for an experienced Regional Facilities & Property Manager to oversee a mixed commercial property portfolio. This role combines property management and facilities management responsibilities, ensuring assets are safe, compliant, well-maintained and operating efficiently. You will manage relationships with tenants, contractors, landlords and stakeholders while overseeing the performance of external managing agents to ensure high service standards, effective financial management and regulatory compliance.
