Responsible for planning and implementing the efficient management of the clients property portfolio, i.e. lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments, forfeiture etc. to ensure that incomes are maximised and business objectives delivered. Oversee the management of the operations of the Client’s corporate portfolio, such as industrial estates/business parks, markets, County Farms, grazing, harbours, retail including Riverside shopping centre etc. Together with the Strategic Property Manager ensure implementation and delivery of the Strategic Asset Management Plan. Supporting internal departments on the annual review and challenge of operational assets requirements, ensuring the portfolio is fit for purpose and meets service delivery needs, seeking to reduce revenue expenditure where feasible.
