Shift Team Leader Eye, Suffolk Contract Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Shift Team Leader to support production operations and ensure production lines run efficiently while achieving KPI targets. Shift Pattern: Full-Time | 4 on / 4 off 06:00–18:00 & 18:00–06:00 Duties and Responsibilities as a Team Leader: • Lead and supervise production line operations • Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety, GMP and BRC standards are followed • Monitor line performance, labour usage and productivity • Record production data using SAP and internal systems • Train, motivate and support team members • Address performance and welfare issues when required • Work closely with supervisors and other departments to improve efficiency • Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Requirements for the Team Leader role: • Experience in manufacturing or food production • Leadership or supervisory experience • Good communication skills •...
