BDS are working with a leading housing association to recruit a Scheme Manager to provide a housing management service within one of their sheltered services for the over 55s in the Romford area. Duties: * Daily welfare checks to residents. * Facilitate property lettings and tenant communication for smooth onboarding * Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure property conditions are well-maintained. * Coordinate with external agencies and providers when necessary. * Report communal area repairs and maintain strong partnerships with external support agencies.
