The role is based in London, focusing on energy management and utilities oversight to support the organisation's current goals. Description As the Utilities/Energy Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Developing and creating a policy, procedure in alignment to the Energy Act. Manage and optimise bulk electricity, gas, water and associated utility supply across the landlord accounts to the newly appointed provider within agreed timescales.
