We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take responsibility for the on-site management of multiple subcontractor packages on a major refurbishment project. The successful candidate will be confident managing subcontractors, chairing progress meetings, producing progress reports and meeting minutes, and taking ownership of programme and site delivery. The project includes complex scaffolding, temporary works, demolition and soft strip, window replacement, roofing, M&E and internal fit-out/making good works. Experience managing several of these packages would be highly advantageous. We are hiring for a Transport Supervisor to join our busy transport team in Cardiff!     This is a great ongoing opportunity with a global supply chain.    Responsibilities  Manage all third-party contractors whilst on site including subcontractors, agency, and maintenance providers  End of day checks, making sure all keys are securely stored  Communicating any absences, VOR etc. to the Planning Team  Enter Quality Events on the WTS System  Representing the Transport Operation in daily Ops calls  Act as the liaison point, becoming a single point of contact for any transport queries  Deputise for Transport Operations Manager in their absence    The main skills we are looking for are:   Attention to detail   Time management   Great team player   Transport experience required, 1-2 years minimum  Previous supervisory experience also required  Excellent communication skills.
