Job Title: Engineering Manager Reports to: Head of Operations Job Objective (Purpose): he Engineering Manager will implement strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery, maximising efficiency, optimising production levels and driving operational excellence. Through tactical responsibility for the engineering function the job holder will lead maintenance of buildings, Health and Safety Lead for the site and maximising efficiency and output through preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, contractor management, supplier management and budgetary/cost reporting.
