SUMMARY OF THE ROLE This owner-side position will support the challenging task of migrating between two EDMS systems. It requires the highest levels of quality, understanding of workflows, controlled documents and project information across EPC contractors, licensors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES Processing and managing all aspects of project documentation using EDMS and other NextDecade document management tools. Ensure documentation aligns with NextDecade document management processes, project requirements, and contractual agreements, as applicable. Support integration of document control processes between Contractors, internal stakeholders,  to improve work processes and document flow.
