Hill & Hill Recruitment are seeking a Compliance Manager to work with one of our Local Authority clients based in Kent. Key Responsibilities * You will play a key role in ensuring the Council’s buildings and housing stock meet all relevant statutory, regulatory and safety requirements. You will oversee compliance programmes, inspections, testing, risk assessments, remedial works and contractor performance, providing clear assurance and advice to senior management. * The role will involve working closely with Housing, Property, Health & Safety, Building Safety and other Council services, as well as external contractors and regulators.
