Search Recruitment Group are recruiting for Cold End Operatives to work within our client based in Harlow, Essex. To drive operational excellence within the Cold End area/team and ensure maximum efficiency from production line. To ensure that the Cold End and the line is running efficiently and productively, ensuring that best practice is paramount by following all SOP's work instructions and training for the Cold End. Role Responsibilities:- Inform Shift Manager of faults not being rejected by equipment. Visually inspect for faults, if faults are found and not being rejected by inspection equipment work with Engineering Team to reject. Check that full range of limit samples are available at sighting station. If missing, inform Shift Manager. Visually inspect packaging and inform Shift Manager of any problems.
