We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Manager to oversee a programme of large-scale, full property refurbishments in Helensburgh on behalf of our client, Amey. The projects involve the complete refurbishment of MOD residential properties, including internal finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, mechanical and electrical works, joinery, decoration and associated external works. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the sites, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. The Site Manager will act as the main point of contact on site and will work closely with the client, contracts management team, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
