We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide temporary holiday cover on a Planned Works and Social Housing refurbishment contract across the Boston area. This is a temporary opportunity running from 11 September 2026. You will join an established property services team delivering refurbishment and planned works for a leading social housing contract, with mileage paid and temporary employee benefits available. The role involves operational site management across a range of refurbishment projects, leading directly employed and subcontracted construction and trade teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.
