I am assisting my client with an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a leading main contractor. The business undertake projects in various sectors including commercial, education and industrial projects, with values ranging between £5m and £20m. This is a freelance position for a site manager for approximately 6 months, managing a £10m refurbishment of mixed use scheme in Preston, through to client handover. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the project to ensure the safe completion, in accordance with programme, specification and budget.
