Duty Team Manager - Child protection
Our client St.Helens MBC is looking for a Team manager to join their Child protection team. The role of the Duty Team Manager is to manage a Duty team of 6 social workers, one social work assistant, with the support of one assistant team manager. The Duty Service, responds to all referrals from the front door and completes all children and family assessments. It will be the role of the Duty Manager to ensure the timely allocation and oversight of all allocations of assessments in the team and then subsequent plans that follow.
