We are currently working with a well-established Housing Association who are looking to recruit an experienced Scheme Manager to support the delivery of housing services within older persons’ accommodation across the Walsall area. This is a customer-facing role responsible for providing day-to-day tenancy and scheme management, ensuring residents can live safely, independently and comfortably in their homes. Key Responsibilities of a Scheme Manager: Deliver day-to-day tenancy and scheme management across older persons’ housing schemes.
