Voids Supervisor Location: Staffordshire Rates: £19-£26 per hour (depending on experience) Contract: 6 months temporary to permanent- 39 hours per week About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Voids Supervisor to join a housing provider in Staffordshire. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of void property works, ensuring homes are returned to a high lettable standard in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. You will play a key role in managing the voids programme, supervising operatives and contractors, and ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
