I am currently working on behalf of a respected Greater London Local Authority to recruit an experienced Building Maintenance Surveyor to join their Housing Repairs & Investment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveying professional with a strong background in responsive repairs, contractor management and housing maintenance to play a key role in maintaining and improving the council's housing stock.
